When I gathered signatures on our petition to getConstitutional Party candidates on the ballot inPennsylvania, I said it would give us more choices onElection Day. Most people signed on that basis.

I am fed up with the status quo, politics as usual,watered down choices of the past. Aren't you?

As I campaign (our bus toured from Clarion throughPittsburgh to York and Harrisburg before going on toPhiladelphia), I am humbled and pleased to be supporting themessage the majority of you are sending. I am pro-life, forleaner, more efficient government, supporting ourbiblically-founded Constitution and the right to bear arms,driving education reform, and concerned about the erosion ofour freedom.

As I hurried along the Life Chain supporting the sanctityof life, I was struck with the magnitude of the event.Thousands of God-loving people united to stop abortion.

When elected state treasurer, I will work to stop fundingof abortionists. I will work to stop our taxes going to thefederal level because we get back pennies on the dollar andstrings are attached - like emissions testing the vehicles.I will work to invest our taxes in Pennsylvania instead ofNew York or overseas. I will work to overturn inflatedteacher's pensions granted by the "buddy system." I willwork to get relief for public construction under theprevailing wage law. I will work to overturn blatantunconstitutional legislative pay raises. I will set theexample by giving back half my salary as state treasurer.

The Pennsylvania Radio Network has recognized they erredby not inviting me to their forum of candidates for statetreasurer. Whose free speech will be next to be taken?

Pennsylvania Cable Network has shown a half hourinterview of me, and I thank them.

I have contacted about 80 daily newspapers statewide andabout 450 people with whom I have been associated. And thelist is growing exponentially. This is a grass-roots effort.

Remember, this is the party that received 460,000 voteslast election for Peg Luksik. People were calling Peg'sline two weeks after the election saying they were sorry fornot voting their conscience because if they had, Peg couldhave won. Peg is chairperson of my campaign committee.
